Saffron Interactive to bring behavioural expertise to World of Learning

Saffron Interactive, award-winning provider of digital learning solutions, will be exhibiting on stand B160 at the free World of Learning two-day event on 17 and 18 October at the NEC Birmingham.

World of Learning attendees will be able to see how Saffron combines behavioural science and gaming techniques to increase user engagement and effect real behaviour change.

“Saffron have always been at the forefront of using gaming and behaviour change techniques in learning design” says CEO Noorie Sazen. “At Saffron, gamification means much more than points, badges, leaderboards and trophies. Whether we create serious games, interactions within a course, or peer dashboards; gamification is used with purpose and with a deep understanding of intrinsic human motivators.”

It is this method that has led to staggering returns on investment for clients like Michelin, where an independent auditor directly attributed a $100m brand value increase as being directly attributable to the learning intervention Saffron developed.

“From behaviour changing games to game changing behaviour is how we describe our approach” says Karim Ladak, COO, “we know gamification attracts learners, but our experience shows that transformative behavioural learning design is the key to lasting change.”

To find out more, delegates can visit Saffron at Stand B160, where they will have the opportunity to:

  • See examples of truly transformative learning
  • Experience point-of-need learning with Saffron’s performance support tool, Saffron eaSe
  • Hear about how AR and VR can increase learning engagement and application to work
