Create Your Own Future is a digital employability platform, born of the Nesta CareerTech Challenge, funded by the Dept for Education and developed by Saffron Interactive.

Featuring an innovative AI-enabled video coach, the platform leads a supported individual through initial diagnostics, skills assessment, job/training matching, action planning and on-going support. The service complements live advisors, enabling scale and high-value interventions where most needed.
