Saffron Interactive and the LPI announce joint conference on employee engagement in learning

Saffron Interactive, award-winning learning technologies and consultancy provider, and the LPI, a leading authority on learning and development, are teaming up to host an exclusive employee engagement event, Engage Change, at London’s Grange St Paul’s Hotel on 25 April.

The Engage Change conference will gather together a host of heads of learning to get to the bottom of just why employees are feeling more disengaged than ever before, and how to solve the issue. Employee engagement is a serious consideration across all industries, with learning and development departments often burdened with the unenviable task of igniting engagement within their organisation.

Though a difficult ordeal, it’s certainly one worth undergoing, considering that engaged employees consistently rank higher in all aspects of business performance. At Engage Change, attendees will be able to:

  • Listen to speakers from industries such as engineering, assessment and engagement consultancies
  • Understand how behavioural science can be used for transformational learning engagement that delivers real return on investment
  • Formulate an engagement plan for your their organisations in a collaborative workshop
  • Share and discover how other companies are responding to the dilemma and participate in discussions with their peers

Registration is available via the event website.
