Digital employability solutions should both enable advisors to assist more people, more effectively and deliver a better experience for the supported individual. But with all the promise of new technologies, why is that so difficult to achieve?

Renaisi, a social enterprise delivering employability services in London, are on the digital journey and recognise the value, but are yet to take the plunge. In an open discussion, Rebecca Simpson of Renaisi, will share issues within the sector, from the advisor perspective, and lessons learnt from exploring supplier solutions – including Saffron.

Both Renaisi and Saffron hope to get input from organisations or individuals in a similar situation – Is this a shared experience? Could there be a shared solution?
