We use behavioural insights and ground-breaking technology to design inspiring learning experiences and employment solutions so your organisation can grow.
Boosting performance is in our DNA. We know we can make an impact; so we measure it as part and parcel of our solution design.
We design learning solutions to address your business needs. We help you to define and articulate the metrics for success and behaviour change needed from the outset and then help you to measure the outcomes following implementation.
Our learning interventions continue to deliver tangible business-focused results long after the project is over.
We have the brightest and most creative designers, developers, performance consultants and strategists. We develop our people into award winners and experienced business professionals.
We’re constantly learning and improving what we do – driven by the passion and innovation of our people.
Our founder, Hanif Sazen, wanted to create digital experiences which put learners first, and in doing so, changed behaviour and delivered a measurable return on investment. Hanif tragically passed away in 2010, but he left us with these beliefs and values. Now, we continue to put them at the heart of everything we do.

An immersive, dramatic – yet relatable – narrative challenged the learner to recognise the ease with which they hand over personal data every day. They experienced the direct consequences of their decisions and how this effects themselves, their colleagues and ACCA as an organisation.
Incorporating a modular approach, we produced a course brimming with skills boosting techniques in digestible chunks. Branching conversations and character driven video interactions allowed learners to practice their learning to build confidence and skills in effectively managing their team.
