The free session will take place at London Olympia on 12 June. An expert panel will answer audience questions and discuss practical strategies for effective and successful change programmes, including real life examples of how to keep up with the relentless pace of change in the digital world.
Change is the source of all growth, but employees are only human and tend to resist it; it can be hard to gain traction for change initiatives. As the digital revolution gathers pace and the skills gap yawns, how can organisations help people get past resistance and into action to adapt and help the business to survive?
That’s the question that a panel of change experts will answer at Saffron’s Summer Forum panel session, entitled “Change or die – Strategies for survival in uncertain times”.
“The digital revolution means that the pace of change is reaching breakneck speed,” says Noorie Sazen, CEO at Saffron. “It’s more important than ever for HR and L&D departments to step up and help execute the business agenda. Our panel offers people the chance to hear some hard-earned insights on how to do so, as well as get their burning questions on the subject answered.”
As well as Noorie, the session features two change management veterans, Jane Armytage, director of Athena Professional, and William Wright, CEO of adaptomy, to bring in a breadth of experience and insight from the wider business world.
The panel, taking place in Theatre 2 at 11:30, will discuss ways to bring resources and expertise together to come up with some practical ways to implement change effectively. There will also be an extended Q&A session with the audience to address their most pressing change management issues. Questions can be submitted in advance here.
Attendees will discover:
- How the digital revolution is fuelling the skills gap crisis
- How to be proactive as learning, performance, and HR professionals
- How to respond to the cruellest change challenges
- How to gain commitment from leadership and the wider business
- How to outpace external change itself
