Saffron runs webinar on resilience and e-learning

On 19 September Saffron Interactive will run a Learning and Skills Group webinar on achieving behaviour change through emotional investment. Toby Harris, Saffron’s creative lead, will take attendees through case studies including an award-winning Transport for London e-learning course on mental resilience, which delivered a £7.8 million return on investment.

‘This webinar will challenge the thinking behind how learner engagement is achieved and used to drive widespread cultural change,’ says Noorie Sazen, CEO at Saffron. ‘By focussing on winning emotional investment, our pedagogical approach has delivered fantastic results in a variety of areas – but the return on investment achieved by tackling mental resilience at Transport for London is the real show-stopper.’

The webinar addresses the same broad themes as Saffron’s seminar at the Learning Technologies Summer Forum earlier this year. It introduces key principles of behavioural economics into learning and development practice. Attendees will discover how to use diagnostics, immersive learning and tailored action plans to drive long term behavioural change.

‘We received great feedback about the packed seminar in June,’ says Toby. ‘This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who missed it to see what all the fuss is about!’

Saffron Interactive’s webinar takes place at 12pm on Thursday 19 September and is hosted by Don Taylor, Chairman of the Learning and Skills Group. Online registration.
