Instructional designer and project lead

The role

This is a pivotal role and requires advisory, creative writing and project management skills. Experience in instructional design and learning design and theory are essential. You will lead the development and delivery of learning experiences and business communications. You will act as a consultant to clients by analysing their requirements and designing the appropriate solution to meet their needs You will also manage the transformation of the learning intervention from the design stage to the finished product and ensure its quality. You may use AI tools in developing content.
