You might think I’m being a little dramatic. Well, more than half of the companies on the 1999 FTSE 100 were no longer there in 2015. Many have been ripped apart by their competitors or become entirely extinct. We believe the employee engagement dilemma to be so pressing that last month we held a conference, Engage Change, to bring together a host of Heads of Learning, Talent, Engagement and Change to discuss strategies of how to tackle the problem head on.
